Having a well written CV is not only critical to your success in getting the job, but it also means the difference between getting an interview or having your CV passed over without so much as a second glance.
Your CV should be concise, easy to read and not too long or too brief, ideally 3 to 5 pages is recommended. Ensure that it’s up to date with the month and year you were employed by each company (not just years).
Avoid fancy fonts and templates, borders or color on your CV. Your CV should be in Arial or Times New Roman font. The information you provide should contain some information about the companies you’ve work for, your role and responsibilities, and list down some achievements in your role. Use bullet points, and lastly don’t forget to spell and grammar check your CV!
